Week 3, Day 3 summary

I did better today! Well, with the food at least :)

Here's what I ate today:
Water: 5 glasses

Breakfast:
Coffee, 1 slice whwh toast, 1 egg

Lunch:
Sandwich with salami & prosciutto, large salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 1.5 tbsp dressing)

Dinner:
Low-fat butter chicken (homemade by John) with .75 cup rice, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 1.5 tbsp dressing)

Total calorie intake: 1,180 calories

Exercise: none :(
