I'm a successfully self-employed graphic designer, mom to a toddler and wife to John.
After having my son, the joys of breastfeeding made me drop to 143 lbs... I was ecstatic! But then he slowed down around the 10 month mark, and I started gaining weight. I've gained 32 lbs since October 2008. That's 32 lbs in 18 months. Almost 2 lbs a months.
Food is my drug of choice. Everything makes me want to eat. Happy, sad, bored, stressed... all reasons to eat. This is my fight to control it and lead a healthier lifestyle. I'm also a sugar addict.
