Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast:
Coffee, 1 blueberry muffin.
Brunch (or breakie #2 LOL)
1 egg, 1 slice whwh toast with 1 tsp butter
Lunch:
5 Asian dumplings (pork & shrimp) with 2 carrots, 10 slices cucumber, 4 tbsp tzatziki dip.
Snack:
1 peach
Dinner:
Black bean casserole (tortillas, black beans, tomatoes, salsa, frozen veggie mix, a bit of cheese)
Dessert:
Homemade blueberry muffin, 1 glass milk
Total calorie intake: 1,482
Exercise:
none *busy day*
